its was a big struggle for me to deliever my deliverables
something just "stuck"
i can't seems to breakthrough
within me, there's a blockage

S'pore comedian 'MC King' collapses and dies

LOCAL celebrity Jimmy Nah, more popularly known as MC King, has died after he experienced breathing difficulties while at home earlier on Friday.

He was 40.

His friends told MediaCorp Radio that he died at about 1 pm at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

A MediaCorp report said it is not known if the well-known actor had suffered from any health problems. But in his last entry he posted on his blog on New Year's Eve, Mr Nah had wished for good health in the coming year.

Local director Jack Neo, who had worked with Mr Nah on several productions, said he was shocked when told of his sudden death.

"All along, he's very, very healthy. So, I don't know why. I seriously don't know why," Mr Neo was quoted as saying.

Mr Nah had acted in a couple of local movies, including Neo's "Just Follow Law", as well as a number of local drama serials.

i have not been exercising even since i enter polytechnic
with work load that is heavier than an elephant
exercise is a no no NO-TIME for me
hence this "sort-of" holiday i did some exercising
went school to play badminton!

i went jogging @ the stadium
2 rounds run 1 round slow jog
slow jog = walking speed

after which went design canteen for makan session
went to my studio to chill-out and relax
it was really a day to sweat out my stress
and fill in with relaxation

genesis 1:5 God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day

this few days been in darkness for quite some time, and thats the reason why i never turn out in school. doing a lot of self thinking to myself and of cause growing my white hair once again. break down upon break down, crying out to Lord at my house below carpark, its really a good place for me. the 4th storey of the carpark, quiet and silence. some spirit haunt me with extremely weird dreams and nightmare. and the "pig spirit" is still there. get out of my i cried out in vain. so that was my darkness.

indeed, light shines the brightest in the dark :)
