came across this picture in BLDGBLOG recentlyand thought it had an aesthetic visual composition
a blend of research photography and photo collages that looked somewhat like maps but also somewhat like actual photos of urban density.
recently i'm quite into urban design, building civilisation? haha
urban = city + architecture + landscape + infrastructure + people + society + community + religion + transportation + ecological networks + polities + economic + cultural idiosyncrasies + lifestyle + sound etc blah blah
